- In a Lahela-Fit Pilates session, we can include gentle stretches with pressure points.

EASY TECHNIQUES
- We don’t force ourselves into flexibility, we relax into it. This also goes for upgrading athletic performance. I can show you some quick techniques that you can use every day. In fact, I hope you do!
